I had a flight on 19.12-2021 from Frankfurt to Hyderabad. The flight was canceled, and I am suppose to get my refund.
I have called several times Saudi Airlines customer service, followed their WhatsApp regulations and also mailed. This is one of the worst service I have ever experienced.
I have no proper response from anyone. Some ask me to send Saudi IBAN for refund, why will a person who is a German resident will have Saudi IBAN. Some say, your request is forward to following departments, then later we don’t get any info. Some disconnects the call.
What stupidity is this?
