Dear sir,
I am very sorry to say that the service of the examination department is irresponsive and lethargic.in normal time frame stamping of degree and transcript takes 7 days. Today is the 14th day and it is still not done. I am not from rajkot and it becomes very difficult to come from ahmedabad every time and not finding your task completed. At least one should respect each other's time. No one is free in this world to chase such things. Each time i come from ahmedabad it costs me in time and money. Besides that even no one gives a damn when you call at university. The people are not sitting on their desk to pick up the phone and answer. And it becomes embarrassing to ask some local relatives to take a follow up on this repeatedly.

So i think this is not friendly to the people who is not from rajkot. People have commitments and value of time, i think that should be respected. People are used to quick response and task completion, so this way of dealing seems to be outdated in today's scenario.

Now please i would be grateful if my task is completed as soon as possible. And i hope my complain won't result into delaying of my task, as i think that much maturity we all have.

I am student of saurastra university m.com sem-1 external i have many doughts regarding evluation of marks and also want to information regarding revluation of marks in revluation rule consider the reassessment form submit within 10 day of result but your exam department not pickup the call and unfortunately pickup and put aside

I have many queries where i solve my queries??? University gave 9nly 10 day to submit form but they not gave responce any way then how i submitting my reassessment form???
I inform you officially by this site otherwise i am not responcible for any defaults no one staff intrested to pickup the call then why you put the contect detail on your web site?? If i am not get satisfactory answer i will complain and take further step...

I Have Passed The Exam Of Bca In The Year 2017 But Till Now I Have Not Got Degree Certificate. When I Am Calling The College They Are Not Responding And Not Answering Properly.
I Had Aplied For The Job But Because Of Degree Certificate I Cant Get Job. And University Will Have To Pay For It.

I have applied for my pgdca degree certificate via sau. University online portal on 01.12.17 but i found one error in year of passing column i. E year available there is only up to 2003, however, i have passed out pgdca in 2013. So, i was compelled to submit my online degree certificate with error in passing year.
Kindly consider my application authentic and issue me my degree certificate obtained on 21.06.2013.

I kindly inform that worst service provide by saurastra university customer care. I call for information related result declaration of llb sem-5 oct 2017. But result not declare till now. Just now other baid, bca, mbbs etc result declare but llb sem-5 results not declared. My complaint that when llb sem-5 result declare? Pls reply and as soon as possible declare result.

I want to information regarding the ma-sem-1. So i rang up the university below nos.

મારે જણાવવાનું કે હું જસદણ માં એમ.ડી.કહોર કોલેજ માં બી.એ અભ્યાસ કરું છું અને મારા સેમેસ્ટર 5 અને 6 ના રિઝલ્ટ આવી ગયા છે પણ સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સિટીની વેબ સાઇટ માં દેખાડતા નથી.અને કોલેજ માંથી પણ પ્રિન્સિપાલ સાહેબ કાઈ જવાબ આપતા નથી અને મને છેલ્લા ૬ મહિનાથી ધક્કા ખવરાવે છે તો મારે એટલું જ જાણવું છે કે મારા બી.એ સેમેસ્ટર 5 અને 6 ના રીઝલ્ટ ના રિઝલ્ટ આવી ગયા છે કે નહીં? અને બીજું એ કે મને શંકા છે કે મને જે બી.એ સેમેસ્ટર 2 અને 5 નું રીઝલ્ટ આપ્યું છે તે ડુપ્લીકેટ છે વેબસાઈટ પર ચકાસણી કરી તો રિઝલ્ટ દેખાડતા નથી તો આપ આ બાબતે જલ્દી થી જલ્દી એકશન લ્યો એજ મારી વીનંતી.

I am complaining about my result which i got yesterday. I am student of bba. Right now i have completed my college but i have one kt in second semester. I have given exam 2nd time in 4th sem but i have failed. Then i gave exam with with 6th sem but i got only 2 marks in business maths. Now i want study abroad then how can i apply. I have given ba 6 sam external examination and my result is declard but it is very shocking and i failed in that subject in which i asume more than 50 marks how it is possible after hard work this kind of result down moral of stundent please clarify and do need full for it. Saurastra university no any staff member properly check any students reassessment paper and no marks properly in check time for staff. Third class saurastra university exam department. Exam department properly not check any students exam papers not proper obtain marks give in paper. Saurastra university reassessment time is 72 days for results declare after time direction.

I have problem to corrections surname in mark sheet emergency. Sir told that mark sheet name problem solve in two or three week and I want early correction name because vidhyasahayak bharti coming. So request to do my work soon as possible. Mark sheet name correction application date 5/5/2016 .name vadher hansa l. All mark sheet like F.Y., S.Y., T.Y., M.A.1&2, B.ED.SEM 1& 2 IS given in university. Please edit soon as possible.

Hello sir I am in fy b.com I have filled my exam form and have submitted but now the college authority is saying that u cant give exam of 1 sem you have to give the exam of 1 semester in october 2015 and told to directly give 2 semester exam please help me sir.

Dear sir, I'm inform you that the saurashtra university was taking the same money for thhe one subject or all subjects like that, remedial examination fees for one subjects was 750/-, and also the regular examination fees for all subject was 750/-, so it's not fair for all the or one subjects. so i request to you to tell about fees to sausrashtra uni. Dear Sir/ Madam, The complain is regarding a big delay in issuance of certificates or documents by Saurashtra University, Rajkot, Gujarat. I had applied for following certificates or documents, approximately one and half month ago, with necessary documents and fees paid by demand draft as per university rule (Application sent via courier). (1) Transcript (2) Verified Marksheets (3) Rank Certificate (4) English Medium Language Certificate Please note that Saurashtra University's Examination department is responsible for issuing these documents. Even after 45 days, I have not received these documents or not any response from the responsible staff. As I am physically disable with 80% disability and I am living far from Rajkot-Gujarat, I asked one of my local friend in Rajkot to manage this matter. But, all the time, he receives similar response that "We need to check the record". One more issue is that I am not able to contact the responsible person directly either, he does not receive the call or, most of the times, examination section phone lines are out of service. (You will be luckiest person in India, if you could connect with responsible staff member in Exam Department). I would appreciate if you could help me to receive these documents as it's very important for me for a specific official process and it's extremely difficult for me to manage it personally because of physical disability.
