Saurashtra University — result delay (reassessment b.com sem-3 )

Respected sir,
i was give B.com Semester .-3 exam in august 2018, in that exam result i was 100 % sure in English subject still university fail me in English, so i was apply for reassessment and pay 255 rs.for that.
but i have still not receive any type of reply about it .

so please look into the matter and resolved my complaint.my necessary detail below here.
