I ordered mi a3 from flipkart sent through savan retailers private limited, howrah, west bengal. Company registered office address - 2nd flr, plot number 82, sector 44, gurugram, haryana 122003.
I noticed that my bluetooth device was not working properly on mi a3 and tried using ear phones too even that wasn't working properly. I cross checked both my bluetooth and earphone on other phones and found them to be working absolutely fine. I raised a complaint with flipkart under within 10 days return policy to which the technician visited my place but said there is no fault with the phone and rejected my request. Now i am facing a tough time as i am not able to hear anything on any earphones with my phone. My bluetooth device gets connected to this phone and after sometime the voice from bluetooth device also disappears. Am sick and tired using this defected piece just in a month's time.
