I, Ganesh, purchased an Apacs Z-Ziggler Black, Blue Unstrung Badminton Racquet on June 28th, 2022, in Flipkart for 2, 009/-Rs. I delivered on June 30th, sold by SAVAN RETAILERS PRIVATE LIMITED. I got a 24lbs b65 strung to it on august 25th, 2022. After playing for one week, one day, while playing it, I usually hit the shuttle cock the head part of the racquet had got damaged; actually, it's a defective racquet. How can you sell a defective racquet to your customer? How would it feel if we purchased what we needed and got wasted in one week? Please address the above issue and solve it, or else I will file a complaint against your company in consumer court with my family lawyer. I hope you respond positively by understanding my concern.

I'm the trusted user of Flipcart since last 4 years. Recently I bought new infinix turbo 12 phone on July 29. But it's display colour was spreaded now. Within one month I'm unable to use the phone. When I visit the authourised infinix service center they told that it costs[protected]. But the product still on warranty period. What can I do sir? Kindly help me?

I, R Bala Chary ordered Micromax IN note 1 4GB/128GB phone through Flipkart vide order no OD[protected] on 19 Dec 20.

But I received 4GB/64GB Phone on 20 Dec 20. Immediately I lodgge complaint in Flipkart site for replacement of received phone with 128 GB memory.

However, Flipkart is not giving any assurance for deliver original product. Moreover they are advising that lodge FIR, upload photos, ID proof etc. etc.

please look into this matter to resolve.

I purchased infinix phone from flipkart, it worked for 10 days...and then started problem. It's unable to charge.
I was trying to speak with your customer service but no one is responding... I went to Karimnagar service centre, they checked the phone and asking money for service. I showed them that it has 1 year warranty, but they denied to support.
Please help me, how my problem will solve

मेने ऑनलाइन रेडमी 8A मोबाइल फोन ऑर्डर किया था उसकी स्क्रीन 4 महीने बाद ही बंद चालू होने लगी जब में सर्विस सेंटर पर गया तो मुझसे सर्विस सेंटर बालो ने बोला कि अभी कुछ दिन ओर चला लो आपका फोन वारंटी में हे बाद में डिस्प्ले बदल देंगे कुछ दिन महीने बाद डिस्प्ले पर लाइन आने लगी जब में वापस सर्विस सेंटर गया तो सर्विस सेंटर बालो ने मेरे फोन को रिपेयर नहीं किया ओर सुबह शाम बुलाते रहे बाद में फोन सुधारने से मना कर दिया ।

Sir I brought redmi k20 pro from Savan Retailers pvt limited through flipkart but I have an issue in my phone I found some dust particle are present in the camera lense and I have complained about it according to flipkart 7 days replacement policy. I claimed replacement 4 times but every time they cancelled my replacement order.

I noticed that my bluetooth device was not working properly on mi a3 and tried using ear phones too even that wasn't working properly. I cross checked both my bluetooth and earphone on other phones and found them to be working absolutely fine....

I am a victim of online Fraud..
On 28th December i booked mobile from flipkart.
What i order is different from what I received..I ordered Redmi note 6 pro blue colour 6gb / 64gb.. cost 15999 rs with additional flipkart protection of 699 rs..total 16698 rs. But what i received is a " Tambo " named mobile model A1800 around 1000 rs cost.
I have taken a bajaj NO COST EMI loan to purchase the said phone.

I have been regularly using adidas as a pro walker for decades and am pleased to say i had been enjoying my walking regime very relaxed until this pair used. Many times a day - net work show 'no service' with cross mark .Outgoing /Incoming calls not possible almost throughout 24 hours.

Given to service center code : XMIN1580 5A, Sadananda Road, Kolkata - 700026 on 02.07.18 and delivered back on 09.07.18 .

After error free use of only two days, same problems started appearing and again was given to the service center on 12.07.18.for rechecking .
This morning on receipt of the set - it was found to my utter dismay that the problems could not be rectified . I was told to change sim - card . However, changing sim also has not given me any positive result .

Invoice date : 20.04.18 - i.e. very much within warranty period .
