I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Savana, an e-commerce platform, for their repeated failure to deliver my prepaid order, unethical communication practices, and mental harassment.

Despite repeated follow-ups, Savana has failed to deliver my order on time. Initially, I was told that I would receive my items within a standard timeframe. After the deadline passed, they claimed I should “wait for 10 more days.” When those 10 days passed, I was again told there is still no guarantee of delivery and that my order might get auto-cancelled. I was also told to cancel it myself if I didn’t want to wait — this is completely unacceptable.
My concerns:
I made a prepaid purchase in good faith and am now being forced to either wait indefinitely or cancel it myself.
No firm commitment has been made regarding the delivery date.
Their team is now trying to force me into accepting a refund, which I DO NOT want. I want the products I paid for.
I have all the communication proof (emails and messages) to support this complaint.
Relief Sought:
Immediate assurance that my order will NOT be cancelled automatically.
A clear and guaranteed delivery timeline with tracking information.
Compensation for delay and mental harassment.
Strict action against the company for violating basic consumer rights under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request urgent attention to this matter and resolution within 48 hours, failing which I will be forced to escalate this to legal authorities and take the matter to higher forums.
