I received an email from SaveTheDeals Customer Service on 27th February clearly stating that my subscription cancellation has been taken into account and that I will no longer be charged. However,
I have been charged $35.95 in March and April and May.
Please advise how is this going to be rectified and when is the reimbursement going to be processed.
I request a response by 28 May or I will be forced to follow up with Australian Consumer affairs and AFP.
