He called him a nps service manager named asish meheta, but originally named rajendra, made a fraudulent transaction for directly transfers money to his personal account. He made a story of clearing kyc and i have to paid 9999 amount through email scan qr code. I had trust firstly and make payments and then he told again scan qr code for verifying and a web page open and make kyc clear. Then again 9999 deducted from account. All this transaction...

Dear sir/madam,

On 20.03.2016 I got a message stating that ACXXXX debited INR 13, 000 -sweep [protected] . I have not received any OTP or mail related to it. I am so distressed in this because this is not happening for the first time. Please take the action so vigorously and make me updated as soon as possible.Kindly stop such kinds of brutal transactions happening further more.

I have called many times to the SBI branch and there are no response from your side.

    I am usha from mumbai. on 1/02/2016 from +91 - [protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i. E. Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7762. 00 against salemall_epaykerala. The other mobile number which was used to send messages is +91 - [protected]. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card.         I received an email from SaveTheDeals Customer Service on 27th February clearly stating that my subscription cancellation has been taken into account and that I will no longer be charged. However, I have been charged $35.95 in March and April and May. Please advise how is this going to be rectified and when is the reimbursement going to be processed. I request a response by 28 May or I will be forced to follow up with Australian Consumer affairs and AFP.

              I have posted my complaint on 29.12.2014 & subsequently received a phone call form mobile no. [protected] &the customer care executive asked me about my bank details. I provided the bank details of my axis bank ltd savings account including OTP which was generated instantly. I was assured that my account will be credited on 30.12.2014 but till date I am still waiting for the same. The said mobile no. is not reachable from next moment onwards till date.

                My corporation bank savings account has been deducted two times respectively on 20.08.2014 for Rs. 1730/ only & on 08.10.2014 for Rs. 1680/ only. But since I haven't been able to use the facilities on both the times so I unsubscribed on 15.10.2014. So I have to request your request your goodself to give me the refund of Rs. 3410/ ASAP.                   Dear Sir, I had shown ad of savethedeals.in website. There was an offer of Rs.50 for 6 Movie tickets. I clicked on link, then I entered the credit card details only, I haven't enter any HDFC credit card any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1680 from my account first time on[protected], I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1680 or completion of transaction. I thought that may be I can redeem money next month, however again on[protected] &[protected] same 1680 + 1680 amount has been deduct from my account.. How can we aware of this fraud activities.                   you guys are cheating peoples and after cheating you giving stupid excuses to avoid your crime, i can give you many reasons that enough to prove your crime :

                  1.) your mail site : https://www.savethedeals.in is not accessible since last 05 months, if nobody can access then how can you peoples can deduct then money from their account.

                  2.) i agreed for deduct Rs. 50/- from my account not accepted your monthly subscription in any cost or you did not include any such condition their that you are going to offer such things or not, or you did not confirm by any form that we had subscribe for such things. if we have not informed and not aware that we have any subscription than how can anybody unsubscribe from your site.

                  3.) if anybody do any transaction at any site then they have to inform to vendor before and after transaction, but guys did not informed to anyone ever, because you were cheating and wanted to cheat in future.

                  4.) if you are taking any charges from anyone then you have to give transaction detail or receipt of the payment to customer, but you guys did not provide any of them to anyone ever.

                  5.) i have screenshot of your that "bloody ad" which you saying you mentioned it was monthly activation, there is nothing mentioned like that, i will provide that screenshot to police or court if you will not return my payment.

                  6.) your term & condition page is also not accessible then how can anybody read your bloody term & condition sir.

                  7.) for one acceptance anyone can do only one transaction, but your guys did 03 times again and again. and if couldn't stop my bank then you may try again to do the same.

                  it's warm and healthy last request you to either return my money or i will do FIR against you.

                  they will ask you in legal way to return the same.

                      Dear Team,

                      I have written n number of times to the team but they are not refunding my money. Every time some lady KATE replies with foolish questions which I have already responded.
                      They charged my credit card with of Rs1730 without informing me and now I am standing nowhere. Lost the money and now they have stopped responding to mails even.

                      They are doing an open cyber crime and nobody is stopping them.

                      Please help me in getting my money back from these FRAUSTERS.

                          while i was on SBI card website, a sudden window appeared showing that a purchase of Rs1730 can be made just with Rs50 voucher IN BIG BAAZAR. I tried to close the window but it didnt close.As i want to proceed furthur to my sbi card statement, i clicked on it. No OTP was asked. Later, Rs1730(2.9.2014), Rs1680(5.10.2014), Rs1680(5.11.2014) amounts were debited from my account unauthorisedly. I made request to SBI card authorities to block my card. Also, I recieved the message- " dear sbi card holder, txn of Rs1680 on card ending with xx5541 at EVIANO DIGITAL made without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by RBI. setle the amount immediately. call to [protected](G.L.                                 Hi Iam ramakrishna from hyderabad, imgot a mail from savethedeals.in as stating that if we purchase 50rs voucher we can get 1700rs worth products free on restaurants else on like dmart india, bigbazar. so registered it and after a couple of days 1680rs(every monht ) was debited from my SBI card without intimating me, means without asking any OTP password. i request you people to take ac action on him... please refund my money
