Savethedeals.in — Why do you have to loot people

Your Ad said 6 tickets for 50Rs. Anybody will think its just 50 rs & gave the credit card information. But the amount charged was Rs. 1730. What is surprising is How does CITIBANK did not give the additional layer of security by asking for Internet PIN or OTP. Had they done so, we would have got alerted & cancelled the transaction.
