I had placed an order for an item and had later cancelled it because i got the same item for a cheaper price elsewhere. It's been 2 months since i cancelled the order and i've still not received a refund. I tried to contact the company for over a period of 2 weeks but was not successful. After trying for a long time, i was able to get in contact with them and asked them for a refund, but they told me the amount was not reflecting on their end and hence required time to process it, I waited for more than a month but they aren't providing any information regarding the refund. Since then i am trying to contact them but their customer care isn't receiving my calls or replying to my emails, even when i get an email, it is always an automated response.
