Savex Technologies Private Limited — Cash back offer of Rs.1000 not yet credited in account

At the time of booking it was given cash back within 90 days of Rs.1000/- on purchase of product (Mobile Samsung Galaxy M31) where product purchased against order No.[protected] vide Invoice No.DEMP[protected] dated 20/6/2020 but on follow up at samsung call center (against complaint No.1737645) it was assured that same will get processed and will get credited back to purchasing account. Now today they have confirmed that it is not possible stating that it is not applicable for your payment mode.
I am sure there will be a number of such cases the way company is doing fraud with their customers.
