I have been receiving multiple text/whatsapp messages from the above said company asking for the repayment of some loan which I have not taken. This is the first time I am hearing about this company based out in UP, and I am residing in West bengal.

this is my humble request to look into this matter on priority. Attached screen shot of the message is for your reference.
