I haven’t taken any loan from them but I getting sms and whatsapp messages daily as REPAY THE LOAN AMOUNT

I was tried some mobile app for my financial needs they are taken all my details and permissions for disbursement of sanctioned loan but my account not credited the loan amount.

Now regularly I am getting messages as below mentioned details and my account also debited Rs.570 on 2nd September and 10th September and also 15th but it bounced as insufficient funds my account gone minus balance as it is my salary account (HDFC BANK).. the amount debiting as ACH as they are mentioned as MEGMA SOFT in ACH clearing

I'm getting loan repayment messages on whatsapp from an apk called- Yes cash & Cash Credit. The link being shared via these messages shows up as super peso(I don't have any due amount with this app as well). WhRs. 5665 and the applicate date ammI never applied for any loan on this particular date and there is no transaction history of the same in my bank statement as well. I had been politely asking them to share transaction details/transaction ID of the same so that I can verify same and there should not be any miss from my side as well. But there is no revert of the same. I have received the messages twice today 06/09/2022 from different numbers, but there is no revert of same when I'm confronting them for transaction details. The team is broadcasting messages and the counter messages/reply to them is not even getting delivered. They claim that in case of any delays- their system will automatically start reaching out to my contact list, but I never took any loan as per the mentioned date (07/09/2022) and my bank statement does not show for any history regarding the same. Attaching the snippets of same, I am receiving text messages and WhatsApp messages frequently to pay, But if I reply there will no response. It’s harrasing me & my family mentally. Kindly please assist me with the same

I didn't take any loan from cash credit. But I'm constantly receiving messages on phone and WhatsApp for repayment and also received multiple spam calls. Please take strict action against them.

I have never heard about the company and never in touch with this but repeatedly getting messages as i have complained in cybercell as well to PMO portal please stop messaging from your portal

I have been receiving multiple text/whatsapp messages from the above said company asking for the repayment of some loan which I have not taken. This is the first time I am hearing about this company based out in UP, and I am residing in West bengal.

I have even been contacted over whatsapp with diff no every time asking to pay the loan amount that i never took, they say initial i have been contacted but they ll reach family and contacts too.
