I had taken home loan from DHFL which got transferred to SBFC in 2019 as securitization for the fraud DHFL committed. My home loan was the one with floating ROI. However, they failed to reduce my interest and it currently stand at 11.XX %. I have written multiple emails and always received standard response from SBFC stating they are just service providers and not authorized to reduce my interest. Whereas DHFL always forwarded me to SBFC stating my loan account has been transferred to SBFC from June - 2019.
I have definitely paid them more than what I should be paying. I am seeking payback from SBFC/DHFL for this additional amount charged to me in the form of inflated interest rates. I have been paying interest rate of 11.67% since 1st April 2019 till date, whereas market rate is much lower since long. Kindly assist in pursuing my case.
