Bank sbfc increase intrest and overdue amount
Blindly. I am not able to pay all the overdue amount .but a want to pay only sanctioned amount I mean my principal amount. But they want overdue amount from me...and they don't have any manner to talk with customers...

My name is Sandeep Kumar singh my Home loan no is RHAHIND[protected] already payment bank transfer has been done on 13 July 2022 but till date properties paper not found .I have send mail to customer care four time, related this Matter but there are no revert .so pls help me and close this matter otherwise I will go to consumer care because we have no any option.

I raised a foreclosure letter to close My SBFC personal loan account and the bank is irresponsible in giving me the letter so that I can close the pl with SBFC.
I RAISED COMPLAINT ON 6TH AND WANTEDLY THE BANK IS NOT CLOSING MY PL AS I HAVE ANOTHER DUE ON THIS MONTH AND I AM SURE THEY WANT THIS EMI WHICH ISN'T FAIR HENCE I AM TAKING THIS TO NEXT LEVEL BY RAISING COMPLAINT WITH RBI IF NEED BE

Since last 2 months i have been visiting this sbfc branch just to get my LOD & duplicate. Photo copies of my legal documents but no answer I got, even I emailed them several times but I am shattered that not a single reply came from their end, pathetic service worst financial institution, indian goverment must take action on such financial firms or should keep an eye on their services.even today a message came that my interest rate as been reset which was 14.25 and now it's 14.60. where at the time of loan they said it's fixed

Myself kalpana Thakur who has taken Lona from dhfl in 2018 and got transferred to sbfc in 2019 with the loan number PR00691642. I am following up this financial institution since 2021 starting to get my new phone number updated as my previous number [protected] is no longer used by me since 2020. But after several commitments it has not been done yet .every time I get the same response as it's under process .I am frustrated now and it's my misfortune that my loan got transferred to this worst and pathetic institution .have spoken to customer care representative also Pooja, Jerlin, Gautam, Sweety, Prajita and so on but all have given me fake time and commitments but no result has been given yet.will never refer sbfc to anyone in future as they are irresponsible

I Dr. Dost Mohamed Khan residing at Vijayshanthi Lotus Pons, Thaiyur, Chenglepet District, Tamilnadu and Practicing Diabetologist at my Speciality Clinic. Ocean Hospital, Kannagapattu, Thiruporur, Chenglepet District, Tamilnadu.
I never approached Mr. Satish K for any loan. I got numerous call from his side for Professional Doctor Loan. At some point of time i have given him appointment for discussion regarding loan. During that discussion at my clinic he explained me about doctor loan at fixed 5% and Diminishing 10% rate of interest. at the end of the discussion he said about the processing charge as 40, 000 plus, after hearing that amount i clearly said him NO for the loan process. Infront of him i called one of my friend who recently got loan from ICICI Bank with processing charge Rs.3500 and Rate of Interest 10%. The discussion took place by placing the mobile in loud speaker, after that i asked Mr. Satish K to provide me the loan with the same processing fees and rate of interest. Mr. Satish didnt accepted the request and he left the clinic. Later on I started to process the loan with ICICI bank, infact the Asst Manager is also one of my patient.
But the next day Mr. Satish K Called me for the same loan and he agreed for Rs. 5000 as processing charge and 10% Rate of interest. ( For Proof we have to check the voice call from my Airtel number).
I asked him twice about the same and he agreed for 10% ROI and Rs.5000 Processing charge
I received Rs. 19, 47, 691.00 after deduction of Rs. 52, 309
Totally i was in shock after seeing the deduction and hearing about the Insurance for the amount.
At any point of discussion he never discussed with me about the Insurance Details.
He was asking me the nominee details which i handed over. But he never said me about Rs. 23, 640 deduction for Insurance which surely i should not have accepted the process.
I accepted the loan process only as 10 % ROI and Rs. 5000 as Processing charge, but what i received it exactly opposite.
i called him for the same details, he is saying me your sanctioned loan is Rs.20 Lakhs thats why 14% ROI, if its Rs. 21 Lakhs then the ROI will be 10 %.
While processing the loan his speech is soft, now he is quite different, at time he is not lifting the call and not responding to me in the wastsapp befor disbursal of the amount.
Dear sir/ Madam, I would like to go with SBFC with Rs. 5000 Processing the Charge and 10% Rate of interest as discussed by me with Satish K.

I had pledged gold worth 58.7 GM's as per sbfc weighing standards. I am trying to release rhe gold but the manager and staff are denying the fact telling the account is blocked and won't be able to release it untill 5th of October. I am ready to make RTGS payment immediately but still they are not accepting.

This bank Cheeting to Customers. Last month Debited 2 EMIS In one month with out my intimation 1 EMI detected . I was struggled last 6 months also different types of harrassment & calls and mails.

I had taken home loan from DHFL which got transferred to SBFC in 2019 as securitization for the fraud DHFL committed. My home loan was the one with floating ROI. However, they failed to reduce my interest and it currently stand at 11.XX %. I have written multiple emails and always received standard response from SBFC stating they are just service providers and not authorized to reduce my interest. Whereas DHFL always forwarded me to SBFC...

As per government mortgage loan has been reduce but SBFC ] finance are not reducing the ROI

loan was taken from DHFL has they have transfer the loan to SBFC & even on email they provided all authority is with SBFC

Even after chasing multiple time SBFC reply we are not authorized person . and replying to Balance transfer...

I have taken mortgage loan at karvy in 2015.
After that karvy over taken sbfc. When i was taken loan at that point of time my roi is 18%. But this sbfc people's without customers intimations they only increased my 18.50%...

Kindly raise a complaint against sbfc...
Last week only i have made partpayment 2lac. Today only i received repayment schedule statement. Then only i have seen my roi.. Kindky check and take...

This is deepak suresh barse and i took lap from dhfl bank. But now the dhfl transferred all loan to sbfc bank. I gave a cheq of rs 5.00.000/- as a part payment of my loan. Since they failed to give me revised loan statement for my account and i always went to office regarding the same and they give me [protected] this nonsense customer care no. No one is there to pickup the call. And no officer is intrested to look in this matter. I have written a several mail regarding this. What a new type of curraption started in india!.
Please suggest me where can i go for the further action against sbfc
