Since last 2 months i have been visiting this sbfc branch just to get my LOD & duplicate. Photo copies of my legal documents but no answer I got, even I emailed them several times but I am shattered that not a single reply came from their end, pathetic service worst financial institution, indian goverment must take action on such financial firms or should keep an eye on their services.even today a message came that my interest rate as been reset which was 14.25 and now it's 14.60. where at the time of loan they said it's fixed Was this information helpful? |
