A girl name sneha from sbi bpcl card she call me and said she is providing me sbi bpcl card with 500000 lac limit. I said its not possible you confirm first and than tell me you will give me 500000 lac limit is possible or fake. She said you are our valuable customer we will giving you opportunity and check my cibil status and said we will provide you 500000 lac limit and she send me snap shoot of 500000 limit from his computer in my name. And she take my address detail and documents details we complete the documentation. But after few days when i received the card there is 50000 limit. I shocked she was lied me to make her point. Than i call her and said why you did this type of offence she said if you dont like than close the card and pay the amount 599. And she stop taking my calls, than i decide to close the card and lodge the complain to sbi bpcl officers on this number[protected] on monday 31.12.2018 and told them to close my card they said ok sir if the girl misguide you you dont have to pay the bill amount we are checking out and try to solve the issue and they give me acknowledge request no.[protected]. Till now i dont get any reply. For your ready reference i am sending watsaap chat from that girl sneha please take action in this complain because they are misguiding every one to sale their cards.
