Sbi BPCL Credit Card Complaints & Reviews

The BPCL Petrol pump in Thanikudam rejected my BPcl card for point redemption,
I asked them as a customer am using SBI bpcl credit card, that’s why am here for fueling by vehicle. Without any respect they just simply told me we don’t do this here .
I didn’t face like this issue in any other BPCL petrol pump . This is the first time am facing like this, very bad response....

As per the SBI BPCL petrol card, points can be redeemed as a user of this card . But when I gone to the petrol pump they are saying that they don’t have this facility here, I just told them that I have redemed the points before in another pump. So why can’t you do the same . They argued with me and they wasted my time without any customer respect and told me to fuel if you want .

Hi, this is ranjit from chennai, while applying this card sbi credit card call centre executive has given the information 1st time you have to pay rs. 499 + tax for that we will provide 2000 points (Value rs.500) and this can redeem at any bpcl petrol pump in country and in any transaction you will be getting reward points, not the problem is is visited many places in the city but all the petrol pump people says we don't have facilities at...
