Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Prakash Bageshwar, holder of SBI Credit Card bearing number [protected], am writing to file an official complaint regarding the continuous harassment and unethical behavior by your recovery agent.
Details of Complaint:
The recovery agent, Mr. Rishabh Sharma, Mobile No. +[protected], has been harassing me and my family members, including my elderly parents.
He is using abusive and threatening language, which is causing immense mental stress.
He is also visiting my residence frequently without prior notice and disclosing my personal loan details to neighbors and society members, which is a clear violation of my privacy and against RBI’s Fair Practice Code.
Such unauthorized and unlawful behavior is unacceptable and highly condemnable.
I would like to remind you that as per RBI guidelines, recovery agents are expected to behave professionally and are prohibited from using intimidation, verbal abuse, or disclosing customer information to third parties.
Request for Immediate Action:
Kindly investigate this matter and take strict disciplinary action against the said agent.
Ensure that such harassment ceases immediately.
Provide a written confirmation regarding the action taken.
