Refund initiated by Flipkart but not received in SBI Credit card
I have ordered C 20 from Flipkart for Rs 6499 as on 19th Aug from SBI credit card ending with 3477. However the order was cancelled by Flipkart and issue the refund with reference no.[protected]. But the amount did not reflecting in my credit card till now. You are requested to please help me in Getty refund.

How is SBI’s credit card customer service? Is it good? If you are an SBI credit card holder, can you give your views on if it is a good service provider?
I am really frustrated with the sbi Customer service at the escalation desk. One agent named kiruthika Gupta from customer service head desk is really worst. I had bad experience on escalation service call. They say they escalate the case to the higher level, but at the Escalation ticket. They won't any work at all. For name sake they create ticket and close the ticket . If I ask what is the work done on the ticket. They used repeat only the robotic terms seeing on their system. SBI escalation desk is worthless. On my past three escalation ticket, I saw only the similar robotic terms with any input. I don't why SBI Credit customer service is too poor.
SBI customer service desk is incompetent to work with customer satisfaction. On the email response itself they expressed their inability. I also expressed SBI credit card division inability in different aspects.
SBI credit card division have inability to offer promotion.
SBI credit card division have inability to keep up the hopes given to customers, all hopes on these cases (ref numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] are failed. Subject to approval is always unapproved.
SBI credit card division have inability to increase credit card limit, for last started with 31000 and ended with 31000 limit on August 15, 2021. My card limit is less than 33% of the spending limit, how you are expecting me to spend RS.100000. It is really Difficulty for me to buy product at higher cost around RS.45000 with the useless credit card of yours.
SBI credit card division have inability to satisfy customer, I am not happy with their false hopes.
SBI credit card division have inability to recruite better customer service executive. Even at the highest level customer service head desk, rude agents like kiruthika Gupta are working with better salary package.
SBI credit card division can reduce the salary of kiruthika with RS.588.89 and give me a annual fee waiver. At least you can retain some good customers.
SBI credit card division have inability to resolve and address the customer complaints by understanding the subject matter. I requested the for one time coutersy Credit, due to Covid-19 pandemic, but the concern which I addressed not even considered at the escalation. I saw the copy and paste text related to spending is not up to mark on both the emails. That is before escalation and after the escalated complaint. So it is clearly states that my cases are not even processed at the escalation desk. The cases are name sake opened and closed after the certain time period . I understand that you tried to waste my time with the trick. Anyhow I won't fall on the trap.
SBI credit card division have inability to show care and courtesy to customer.
SBI credit card division is rigid with strict rules. You can try to have a robo as customer, which follows your rules and accept all your terms.
As an human I failed to know your promotion and offers in the system due to time frame restriction of my busy schedule but got better deals from private, so I didn't think about it
SBI credit card division have inability to compete with other bank. I got really good deals and service from other bank.
I understand the complaint against the sbi customer service head desk is useless. I have the ability speak with the highest level. I think it is waste of time. Since the management system lacks professionalism. I am going to file complaint against the agent kiruthika in bad ombudsman for her behavior. I think action is not taken against her.

Credit Card Statement Related Issues/Statement Calculation/Clarification

I would like to bring your attention after not getting any response on the issue as stated below from sbi card since last two months.
I bought a bike on 30.01.2020 online through paytm and selected sbi credit card emi option by making payment of rs.38738.00 however the merchant unable to deliver the bike due to some unavoidable reason and they cancelled the order to refund full amount of rs.38738.00 to sbi card. The amount has been received by sbi card on 07.03.2020 as stated in mar’20 statement as ‘one97 communications l mumbai’. Meanwhile two emis of rs, 3478.17 per month has been collected by sbi credit card.
However sbi card again charged rs.35711.00 on 12th mar 2020 as 'unbilled loan prin transfer' and loan foreclosure charges of rs.979.51 and 'unpaid loan interest of rs.416.63 + gst.
I followed up with sbi card several times over their internal complain redressal platform, emails and also taken help of tweeter but unable to get any response from yet. On the other side i made less payment of rs.35711.00 of mar'20 bill for the additional charge, so called charged twice of rs.35711.00 in mar’20 statement.
I am ready to share all last four months credit card statements for your ready refernce.
As a result the accumulated unpaid amount of rs.35711.00 with interest has been shown in apr’20 bill statement.
I look forward your help to resolve the matter immediately. I would not able to pay additional amount in any case.
