Sbi Epay — Amount deducted from account but transaction failed and payment receipt not available

I have paid ₹1850 today morning to the Kerala University... It's the mandatory fee for degree admission... But the amount has deducted from my account but the transaction has failed... I am not getting the payment receipt for admission since the transaction has failed...
