[Resolved]  Sbi Epay — Amount debited but Transaction failed from merchant end

Dear SBI Epay Team,

I Have Done the transaction for the amount of Rs.7030.90 to Govt. of Karnataka Khazane II Portal for Stamp Duty Payment it says it's "Payment failed at Payment Gateway" and requests you to let me know the status of the refund.

I have enquired from my Bank end ICICI Retail, They told me that the amount has been sent to the sbiepay, from their end their transaction is completed.

I want the money back to be credited to my account,

I don't want to reprocess this transaction to the merchant, since I have already made another payment to the merchant .

Please let me know the status of the transaction and will it be refunded to my account for sure or by chance to the merchant ? please give clarity on the same
