I have sent more than 10 times documents for KYC updation and called more than 15 times to customer care but still 3 months has over and they has not updated my KYC

Same problem am also facing. Submitted the docs multiple times through agent by paying 500 rupees. Customer care says verification pending from agent side but agent says he already verified. Customer care not registering any complaint against it. SBI is really pathetic and I have never seen a human who won't complain about this bank and it's services
