1. surveyor took more than 1 month to prepare claim report from the date i handed over him all required document (bills, claim form etc..)
2. i raise a complain with complain no [protected] to take action against surveyor, i got revert on 14 july that request forwarded to concern team, they will look forward and call you back within 3 working day, till date its more than 2 weeks, no action taken on that complain.
3. after multiple follow-ups with surveyor, he sent my report to sbi claim depart but again he shows his un-professionalism, my policy have nil dep (zero dep) cover but he prepared report without including it. not only this he also missed 2 items to include in the report.
4. claim department need new report, now again it more than a week surveyor not sending updated report to claim department, daily i am calling sbi claim department and surveyor mr anil gupta but no satisfactory answer from both the side. Was this information helpful? |
