Sbi General Insurance Company Ltd. — My son second operation hospitalisation claim is rejected but previous operation claim settled

My health insurance claim submitted to SBI General Insurance company Ltd of my son second operation with claim no:[protected] for PHS ID 34208631 was rejected.
My insurance company claim Policy number is

But my son previous operation claim is settled (Insurance company name - New India Assurance company Ltd., Claim No[protected], Policy No. 150405/34/15/04/00000054, MAID-[protected])

Please check my claim & immediately resolve my claim.
