I just recharged my number thorough instapay billdesk but my number is not recharged yet and the amount has been deducted from my account. My number which i have recharged is [protected] (Mtnl prepaid) and the payment id reference no. Of the transaction is jsbi[protected] please let me know what is the problem. I need to make a call urgently please resolve this issue very soon.
