[Resolved] SBI Kiosk Banking — Money not dispensed but balance get deducted | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a customer of State Bank of India (S/B a/c-[protected]). On 23/08/2014 around 11:20pm I had used SBI Bank ATM (ATM ID-S10F[protected] in Srinagar Colony Hyderabad for money withdrawal Rs:11, 000/ but the txn failed with a network error.I didn't get the money but my SBI account statement showing that balance debited and show wrong date also 24/08/2014 My Account No:[protected] My card No: [protected] Name of account holder: Gopi Teki Please investigate and get it credited back to my SBI S/B account ASAP.
