SBI Life Insurance — Cancellation of license

Well i have got a job in a new company . so i want to terminate my agency license . i have alredy send a mail to the company regarding the cancellation of license. But they are not taking the matter seriously. so i urge you to please look into this matter n terminate my agency code as soon as posiible. also plz cancel my ICICI LOMBARD agency code.
