I am writing this mail in reference to the harrasment made by customer care number. I purchased sbi life term plan on 9 may 2020 through your website. The premium amount which was calculated by the system after choosing term plan was paid by me on the same day after uploading documents.
But the day after purchasing policy i have been harrased by customer care executive that we have not received your documents kindly send us again. At their request i submitted the required documents thricely. All the necessary requirements were fulfied by me even the medical which was mandatory for the issuance of the policy was also conducted and report are with you. After the lapse of 42 days yesterday i. E 20-6-20 i got the call from customers care that all formalities are completed but we are unable to issue policy as there is some short of premium.
My question is how the premium is short?
I have paid the full premium as calculated by system on the same day.
This kind of service will only bring bad reputation to the organization. If the premium was short why i was not told at the first time to pay it rather sending my documents and completion of medical test. Why this harrasment was made? Was this information helpful? |
