SBI Life Insurance — Irregular RINn Raksha account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having Homeloan and RiNn Raksha since November 2016 of Rs. 27, 47, 959/- (Homeloan of Rs 27, 00, 000/- and RiNn Raksha of Rs. 47, 959/-). And Bank recovering SINGLE "COMBINED EMI" Rs. 30, 955/- per month from me, (for Homeloan of Rs 30, 400/- and RiNn Raksha of Rs. 555/-).

If i check that RiNn raksha account number online or in the bank, it showing invalid/inactive account number, they just gave the account number but it was never created or activated such RiNn Raksha account number, don't know why they gave that account number was not use full for any matters.

There is some problem with RACPC and SBi life since 2016, because there recover EMi from me but not transferred to RiNn Raksha account And regards of that SBi life wanted from me (Principal+Interest+Penaly and EMi as well).

That means first given loan, transfer that premium from one account to another account and created RiNn raksha account IRREGULAR. SBi life recovered given loan principal, Premium and EMi as per the 5 years terms. After 5 years terms was completed they want from me AGAIN (Principal+Interest+Penaly and EMi too), which is already paid in combine EMi as per the contact.

I am trying to resolve this issue from 2019 internally with Banks, since i received 1st call from SBi Life, But they don't want to resolve that issue, i asked them give me the reason atleast why this problem is happen.

Why should i pay again if i paid "COMBINED EMI" pf Rs. 30, 955/- per month from 1st EMi to present, (for Homeloan of Rs 30, 400/- and RiNn Raksha of Rs. 555/-), which mistake happened from Homeloan branch or SBi life.

What should i do if they didn't solved that issue which they created from 2016. Should i go to IRDA, RBI or Local Consumer court (Bhoiwada), if they won't resolve this issue?
