SBI Life Insurance — Maturity amount not received

I Mr Jagdish purchased SBI Life- Flexi smart insurance on 07 Feb 2012 for 10 years and has deposited
instalment of 15000 INR annually since inception. After maturity date 07 Feb 2022, I received
maturity amount 121400 INR instead of 300000 INR. But my basic sum assured Rs. 300000
when I signed the policy . I have already approached insurance company but no response please
do needful.
