I didn¿t get the policy papers for many months and on continuous telephonic conversations with some Mr.Varun Sharma [Mobile No. [protected]] I was assured I will get them soon. I was sold policy by making promises that it includes health insurance coverage for me as well as my mother, Later when I got policy documents I didn¿t find any clause mentioning about health coverage for myself and my mother, nowhere even the name of my mother is mentioned, actually I was told the policy covers life risk as well as medical-claim for both myself and my mother. When I contacted Mr. Varun Sharma he told me you would get more policy papers for that. But actually till today I haven¿t got any such papers. When I contradicted Mr. Varun Sharma what am I supposed to do to take advantage of medical-claim meanwhile, he told me to keep collecting bills of all medical expenses and submit later and amount shall be reimbursed to you. On one occasion I discussed the matter with one of my friends who is in the same field and he clearly told me that policy sold to me is just an endowment policy nothing beyond that. I am shocked at this type of fraud done to me by your employee Mr. Varun Sharma and forced to put the matter to the notice of IRDA as well as Consumer Protection Cell for this type of cheating.
