[Resolved]  SBI Life Insurance — Money not credited even after 2Month

I have surrendered my Policy- [protected] on April 3rd, 2021. I am writing this complaint on 24th May 2021. When I called the customer on May 1st they said Money has been credited on 20th April. When I call the branch they told me to wait for few days as my money is being credited. I waited for 10 days even then money is not credited and called customer to check the issue then customer care asked me to reach branch with my bank statement.

When I reached the branch they said this issue happens generally and I get my money credited in 2 to 3 days. Even after not credit, they have raised a request again to credit my money on May 10th. And when I am calling on 24th they are saying in Mumbai offices are working with less staff so my money is not being credited. And asking for more time.

The issue is not properly explained by anyone as customer care says the money is credited but not credit to my account. whereas my bank account and IFSC code submitted are correct. Not sure where the money has gone. And also the money that I need is not credited even after 50 days.

so I request the concerned officer to resolve the issue. Because it is 50 days after surrendering of the policy.
