[Resolved]  SBI Life Insurance — Not received my policy bond paper

I Med Singh take a SBI Life insurance shubh nivesh whole life plan for five year through the office of
jaipur. Mr Avinash Sharma give me this plan on dated 31/01/2014. He told me that my bond
paper will receive within 15 days but it not received till dated 28/02/2014.My policy no is [protected].


So kindly send my bond paper as soon as possible and inform me my mail ID.
