Money was debited in my Indian Bank Account (account no- [protected] Name: Rajeswari.D) for transaction I have not done, details below

08/02/2022 Ecom TX Seq no[protected] terminal id : withdrawal amount 99900.00

Policy holder name : Manonmani. M
Policy no: 1K[protected]

My amount is not credited to my sbi life insurance account but my amount has been debited fron my account. I have done payment almost 1 week. Kindly refund my amount.
I have attached the bank statement. Please consider this and take some action as soon possible.
