Dear sir, I have one policy of SBI Life through State Bank of India Branch-.No03361, Bakhira Sant Kabir Nagar-272199 UP This Policy premium deducted through ECS My SBI Bank SB Account No: [protected]. In continuation since 2015 to every year Premium Amount Rs.523/-Direct Deducted. But i have not received the Policy Number, Policy Bond and Premium Receipt till today. so i request you to send it as soon as possible to my address as well as to my email...
