Respected sir,
I live in Okkilipalayam village in Pollachi taluk, Coimbatore district. On 04.01.2021 I paid both my brother C.Thirumoorthy and I through an online transaction to take out a policy for SBI life insurance company Term policy for one crore rupees. 1.S.Sabapathi (Proposal Number-45YC3-73325) Policy amount Rs.15807.00, 2.C.Thirumoorthy (Proposal number-45YC373027) Policy amount Rs.10967.00, Waiting for Policy bond after payment, In the month of March I contacted Policy processing officer MR .Vikram (Mobile number-[protected]) through phone and he said that your policy has been canceled and your money has been transferred to the account where you paid on 22.02.2021. But the account I paid for through online transfer is not active, so I did not get a refund. The reason is that I used CC account and current account at State bank Aachipatti branch, in which I was paying through current account net banking. In this situation, Bank Manager called me in January, he said with your CC account and current account you use only one account and with my to use only one CC account and the current account and closed it on 27.01.2021. I told this news to Sbi life insurance officer Vikram. He said After three months that your money will credit to your CC account. I went to my bank manager and checked. The money did not come back. Again Vikram and his boss Mr.Agnes (Mobile number [protected]) made them talk to me on conference Call and they both tried and I did not get the money. Five months gone. But I did not get my money. I was very Stressed.
Then I typed a letter to [protected]@sbilife.co.in. Then sbi life insurance Officer Mr.Madhubalan (Mobile number [protected]) they contacted me on the phone and told me that you will get your money in two weeks but there is no use, I did not get a refund.
I therefore very humbly request you to inquire with the sbi life insurance authorities and make a refund for my refund.
