[Resolved] SBI Life Insurance — sbi life policy
My father purchased a policy from SBI Sailashree Vihar branch, Bhubaneswar on the 31 July 2019. He purchased the policy from Mr. Subendu Pradhan and paid INR 60, 000 through a cheque.
However even after 4 months Mr.Pradhan has not sent us the policy documents and refuses to answer our calls.
At the time of purchasing the policy he gave a policy number which is invalid. We reached out to SBI Life helpline using this policy number but they say this no is invalid.

Once mailed you shall receive an auto-generated 8 digits case id number starting with 11, e.g. 11xxxxxx. Kindly provide us with this case id here to enable us to assign one of our customer service officials to look into the said concern.
