[Resolved]  SBI Life Insurance — Worst service experienced from sbi life insurance

This is to bring to your notice that Rinnraksha insurance taken against loan account No:[protected] has been surrendered. Requested FLC along with other documents submitted Already on 5 oct 2020 to be precise.

Still refund amount not received when tried to contact, update received is there is some technical issues and as a matter of fact this is not the first time, earlier double amount was deducted from account Please note the amount is self paid from my account. I had to go through a hell of follow ups and fight to get the extra amount deducted back to my account.

But it was wrongly credited to my loan account instead of my savings account. Now again when I have surrendered the documents it's almost a month now and still update received is
there is some technical difficulties in processing the request.

Is there any requests that are processed successfully without multiple follow-ups?? I wonder!!!

I would really like to inform to all know members to never opt such services.
