Sbi Mops — Fee paid twice for 1 form registration

I paid ₹125 for UPPSC government exam fee using UPI. Transaction was completed but fee wasn't paid, I did it again, next time it was done. But I lost ₹125 twice because of this. Please refund my ₹125.
