[Resolved]  Sbi Mops — Money deducted from my account but payment is unsuccessful

I'm complaining about the UPI transaction of SBI mops. As I paid to bharat bill pay BBPS amount of 1450RS deducted from my Paytm UPI account but transactions was unsuccessful by SBI mops and my gas bill is still pending.
Please revert back to resolve this issue and refund the money to my account.
