I made a payment of Rs 1417 for exam fees twice through kotak netbanking collected by sbimops on 20 Sep 2021, the amount was deducted from my account. But my NTA exam site shows incomplete payment transaction. So I tried it for the third time and it was successful but the refund of first two has not yet been initiated.
Please resolve it and initiate a refund of rs 2834.

I have made payment of Rs 2817.70 using net banking service of Indian Bank on[protected] at 22.07 on sbimops gateway.

The money got debited but the transaction was incomplete and receipt was not generated at JEE advance portal.

After waiting for 2 days I made another payment through my credit card on 18-9-21 at 10.30 .This time payment was successful .

Now I request SBI mops to refund my money which...

I have paid 2800 and money was deducted from bank for JEE Advanced 2021 but receipt not generated it is showing pay again option

I'm complaining about the upi transaction of sbimops. As I am paid to the TN registration department amount of 340rs debuted from my paytm upi account but the transaction was failed by the sbimops. Please refund my money to the account. The upi ref ID.[protected]....

Helo I used to pay sbimop transaction on tnreginet rs 181 I used my qr code by sbimop payment through gpay so after I paid payment was pending so please refund my money rs 181

Sir, I have applied for IB ACIO and payment has been done through UPI(Rs 600) but money is debited and marked as a failure on the application site and I had done the second payment through the debit card which was a success now the money has not been yet refunded kindly please resolve this issue

I was paying for my ugc net application form.. Rs 800 from upi from paytm platform, money was successfully sent from there but on the web page of nta they showed that transaction was failed.. My account has deducted 800 rs but there its failed... Give my money back.. Its very exploitative.. I even called sbi help centre, paytm centre and also lodged a complaint on sbi mops platform...
