I made a payment of INR 500 through UPI on 10 november, 2021, for application form on the website of FSSAI . The payment was debited from my account, but the merchant website, SBIMOPS ([protected]@sbi) showed payment pending. I contacted FSSAI and was instructed to make another payment, which I did. However the initial amount is still not refunded.
I contacted my bank, they instructed me to contact the merchant bank as the chargeback has been rejected by the State bank of india ( merchant bank).
