I have made a payment of ₹1200 towards SBI MOPS through UPI for an examination fee. Though the payment was made and the amount debited, SBI MOPS did not acknowledge/confirm the payment. I request SBI MOPS to resolve the issue at the earliest and either send me the acknowledge receipt or the refund.
