My homeloan account has 4Lcas outstanding and will be repaid by me till end of this year.
Suddenly Proerty insurance (SBI General ) of 15775Rs is added to my outstanding home loan amount. I didnt sign any paper regarding the same and this was completely without my consent.
When I called SBI General they said that it is added as per the homeloan agreement.
Previously they did the same thing when I took the laon and added 1LAc to my HL account just for property insurance. I had to personally go to RACPC, stand in a long queue and got it nullified after showing that I already have my home loan amount covered by other policies.
This is ridiculous.Everytime we have to go to the branch for any small or big issue. Was this information helpful? |
