SBP.co.in — Regarding new pension

Sir/madam,
I was retired on 31/12/2016. My saving account no. [protected] already exist in your bank sector-4 panchkula. It is for my pension also. Treasury panchkula sent my pension ppo to your bank. Now pension has credited in my same account.
When i cheked online there are so many mistaks in my pension profile. Eg.
1. My correct house no. Is 638. But by mistake mentioned 538,
2. Correct date of birth of my wife is 22/12/1962. But mentioned 27/12/1962
3. Correct pin code is 134109 but by mistake written 111111
Please correct all

Also submitted that income tax deducted at source where as i have submitted 15h for my account. My saving u/s 80c will be rs.1, 50, 000/- as ppf (My ppf account with sbi phase-1 mohali) so please being submitted 15h do not deduct income tax at sourse. Thank you.
