I want to draw your kind attention that I(Debabrata Mukherjee) ordered three 1) elementary economic theory(kk dewett), 2 ) indian economy(gaurav datt), 3) principles of microeconomics(hl ahuja) through net banking payment with reference to the order id - S Chand/202010/1068 made on 22/10/2020 through kotak mahindra payment gateway reference number - [protected] of one thousand three hundred eighty-seven rupees( Rs -1387) .In spite of making the payment and deduction of money from my kotak mahindra bank account(screenshot of the same deduction of the aforesaid money from S.Chand is attached herewith). It is showing that payment not received in your online site. Though i have already paid and money deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account.

So, under these circumstances you are requested to take necessary action in this regard and send my ordered books immediately.

My order id is schand/202010/034 and iam waiting for the order is under processing past 7 days. If you people are taking so much time to just dispatch the product then how iam supposed to get the product within 5-7 working days. So kindly reply to this and dispatch the order. Thank you sir.

Sir, i've ordered the book of modern physics by mr. R. Murugeshan and kiruthiga sivaprasath., there were two books with different cost. I have chosen the book with another paperback sir., so i wants 4th o cancel the order & replace the order with my correct reference book.

Another complaint is about my payment sir. Total cost including delivery charge is rs.401 for me sir., i paid already, the amount have been debited. But the order receipt shows payment unsuccessful & pending. Now how to cancel the order sir?

Its been 3 whole months and i have not yet received my package nor have i been updated on the delivery status. If i knew this would take so long i would have never placed this order.

As a student, my exams have neared and the books are useless if i receive them after my exams... Please do revert me immediately on exactly how long it will take to reach me and kindly provide me with live tracking of the package like how other websites have provided me.

I ordered a book on july 4 by paying ₹640 rupees through online payment and schand confirmed my payment and told that book will be delivered within 7 working days. But it is not delivered till today. They are not even responding to calls. I think they are cheating the public by running a fake e-commerce book website. Please do take action and see that either the book or the payment to get back to me.

The order status says it is shipped and i have not yet received the package. It's been 2 months since i have placed the order and the mail said that i would receive it by 18th june 2020 but i have not.
I would like to know when my order will be delivered.

Its been more than 1 month.. I've not received my refund yet.. Your company has called me earlier a month ago.. And told me that you'll get your refund tomorrow.. But that was just a lie i guess.. This is to inform you that an order for the purchase of 4 books namely

4. S chand icse mathematics class-ix.
The full payment alongwith shipping charges had been paid and the expected delivery date was 5-7 bussiness days but even after passing of 12 days i have not received any material.
You are requested to look into the matter with urgency and inform to me at the earliest regarding latest status of the consignment.

And to worsen that, the hopeless helpline number which you have provided is of zero utility. What is the point of providing a helpline number i[censored] have decided to not respond to any calls?

Kindly reply to this and dispatch the order ASAP else return the money.

I have ordered a book of c programming dated 20-june-2020, schand/202006/1416 but status isn't updated and is showing "delivery under process" from last 4 days. I'm in urgent need of that book. So kindly look into matter and upadte me asap.
