[Resolved] Scholl India; First Flight Courier — Products delivery through First Flight Courier. The products not delivered till date.

I ordered a couple of Foot care products from Scholl India Website on 18th of Feb 2014. I did not receive any kind of communication from the courier company First Flight. I registered a ticket on their website and informed them that I did not receive any communication till date. Since I work in night shifts, I gave my office mail department address so that they can take delivery on my behalf. Twice the product was returned undelivered stating that "No party in my name". I regularly order online and get the products delivered to my office. There were no call or email received for this informing that the mail dept. Did not accept the courier. Now I went ahead and asked the product to be delivered to my residence at Bangalore and the product was dispatched on March 14th 2014. I did receive a call on Saturday for delivery but I missed it. But my alternate contact Rajiv spoke to the delivery person and informed that we will not be at the house. I called up today to the same delivery person and he answered very rudely and said he can come only tomorrow. Again I told him that we are at home today and he told that he cannot deliver the courier and asked me to collect it from office. I believe his name was Sabarish. The kind of reply he gave to my friend and me was very rude and as a customer I really don't want to hear such responses. I am also from the customer service dept of a reputed concern and it is really painful when we hear such response. I asked him for a escalation contact and called and informed very clearly that the delivery person was very rude and he did not respond very well. Not sure what his name was. I again reiterated that I will be at my residence till 4pm and asked someone to deliver the product. He promised delivery and no one called me after that. Later I get an email that the product has been delivered to me and I signed it, However I did not receive the product. I believe the delivery guys signed the sheet themselves.

The courier company First flight had a computer error showing that the product was recieved. The vendor Scholl India apologized for the issue and made sure the product got delivered to me.
