Sir/ma’am,
I had placed an order of 22 books from ncerts official website and had made the payment. I recieved order confirmation but since then there is no update. I placed the order on 24 sep, however there has been no update since then.
I tried calling the contact nos avaiable on the website and no one picks up the call. An institution such as ncert doesn’t respond then what can be expected.
I attach the screenshot of the confirmation mail i recieved.
Please look into the matter.
