School Of Open Learning — My fees was deducted twice but they can't refund me

I am student of DUSOL(NORTH CAMPUS) SOL Roll number is[protected], Name- Pankaj Arora, In my second year fees there was fees deducted two times but DuSOL IT staff said we were not received any extra fees but i have all the proofs regarding this please do something as soon as possible....

I have given the grade F in my history 3rd sem paper my roll no. is [protected] i have given it for rechecking for 1000 inr there is no information yet about my passing in that subject and any of the change in that subject.
i have given a F grade in 4th sem result in pol science and i am confident enough that i have written sufficient material to get passed in this subject as well.

School Of Open Learning — I made payment but it failed and I don't get refund

I made payment on aug 2, 2023 but it failed. When i called to helpline no. They were say it will be updated. But till now i don't get refund nor any update....
